Proposal Requirements

Researchers interested in organizing a Special Issue are requested to submit a proposal containing:

  • Proposed Special Issue title

  • Brief description (200–500 words)

  • Scope and objectives

  • Proposed Guest Editor(s), including affiliations and contact details

  • Tentative submission and publication schedule

Guest Editor Responsibilities

Guest Editors are expected to:

  • Promote the Special Issue within the research community.

  • Invite high-quality manuscript submissions.

  • Recommend suitable reviewers.

  • Oversee the peer-review process in collaboration with the Editorial Office.

  • Recommend editorial decisions based on reviewers' comments.

  • Ensure manuscripts meet the journal's ethical and quality standards.

All manuscripts submitted to a Special Issue undergo the journal's standard peer-review process and must satisfy the same editorial and ethical requirements as regular submissions.
